Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 small Onion, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds.
  2. 2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until it's browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the sliced onion and green onions to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot with rice or lettuce wraps.
