Beef And Broccoli Stir-Fry Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add beef slices, stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add broccoli florets, stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
5. Pour in the sauce mixture, stir well, and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot over steamed rice.
