Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add beef slices, stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add broccoli florets, stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the sauce mixture, stir well, and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot over steamed rice.
