Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks pork ribs about 4 pounds
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. 2. Mix olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to make a rub.
  3. 3. Rub the mixture all over the ribs.
  4. 4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. 5. During the last 30 minutes, baste the ribs with BBQ sauce.
  6. 6. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
