Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Country style pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. 3. Place the ribs on the grill and sear each side for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove ribs from the grill and place them on a baking sheet. Cover with aluminum foil.
  5. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 1.5 hours.
  6. 6. Remove from oven, brush with BBQ sauce, and return to the grill for another 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
