Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Country style pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Place the ribs on the grill and sear each side for about 5 minutes.
4. Remove ribs from the grill and place them on a baking sheet. Cover with aluminum foil.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 1.5 hours.
6. Remove from oven, brush with BBQ sauce, and return to the grill for another 10 minutes.
7. Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
