- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
2. Add yogurt, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Knead until you get a smooth dough.
3. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten it with a rolling pin.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
