Ingredients

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add yogurt, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Knead until you get a smooth dough.
  3. 3. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten it with a rolling pin.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
