Basil Tomato and Mozzarella Sandwich

- 4 slices Bread Toasted if desired
- 2 Tomatoes Sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper To taste
Toast the bread slices if desired.
Layer tomato slices, basil leaves, and mozzarella cheese on one slice of bread.
Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with another slice of bread.
Repeat for the second sandwich.
