- 2 pounds Potatoes peeled and cubed
- ½ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Butter softened
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Peel and cube the potatoes.
2. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
4. Add the milk and butter to the pot.
5. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
