Ingredients

  • 4 Baguettes
  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin thinly sliced
  • 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 1 Daikon radish julienned
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Jalapeño sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add the pork slices and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the pork slices until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise and spread mayonnaise on each side.
  4. 4. Layer the cooked pork, cucumber slices, carrot, daikon, jalapeño, and cilantro inside the baguettes.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
