Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Dredge chicken pieces in cornstarch, shaking off excess.
  3. 3. Fry chicken in batches until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
  5. 5. Toss fried chicken in the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.
