  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Bananas mashed
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix together the egg, milk, mashed bananas, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease it lightly.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
