  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey.
  2. 2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is emulsified.
