Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Simple and delicious roasted Brussels sprouts with a balsamic glaze.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Toss to coat evenly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
