  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Toss to coat evenly.
