Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey.
Drizzle balsamic mixture over roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
