- 4 slices French bread toasted
- 2 cups Tomatoes diced
- ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place French bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
