Ingredients

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back and opening them up slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, melted butter, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shrimp with the breadcrumb mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
