Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back and opening them up slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, melted butter, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Stuff each shrimp with the breadcrumb mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
