Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs boiled and peeled
  • 500 g sausage meat
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Mix the sausage meat with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Divide the sausage meat into 4 equal portions.
  4. Flatten each portion and wrap around a boiled egg.
  5. Dip each wrapped egg into the beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. Place on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
