Baked Scotch Eggs Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic Scotch Eggs, baked instead of fried.

Main Ingredients
- 4 large eggs boiled and peeled
- 500 g sausage meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Mix the sausage meat with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Divide the sausage meat into 4 equal portions.
Flatten each portion and wrap around a boiled egg.
Dip each wrapped egg into the beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
