Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Scallops fresh or thawed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the scallops in a baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the scallops.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the scallops are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
