Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese cubed
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
  4. In a baking dish, combine the cooked beef, Velveeta cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Stir the dip well before serving. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
