Baked Potatoes on the Grill Recipe
Delicious baked potatoes cooked on the grill, perfect for a summer BBQ.

Main Ingredients
- 4 large Russet Potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Wash and dry the potatoes. Poke each potato a few times with a fork.
Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
Place the wrapped potatoes on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 60 minutes, turning occasionally.
Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the potatoes. If it goes in easily, they are done.
Carefully remove from the grill, unwrap, and serve.
