Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Prick each potato a few times with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
