- 2 cups mashed potatoes leftover or freshly made
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 large egg beaten
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, beaten egg, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
