Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • 12 pieces Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Lay out a spring roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the pork mixture in the center. Roll up tightly and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush the spring rolls with vegetable oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
