- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
- 12 pieces Spring Roll Wrappers
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Lay out a spring roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the pork mixture in the center. Roll up tightly and place on a baking sheet.
Brush the spring rolls with vegetable oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
