Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken tenders
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip chicken tenders in the beaten eggs, then coat with the panko mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
