Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- ⅓ cup Maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Berries fresh or frozen
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in the berries.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the oatmeal is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
