Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup chopped nuts
  • ½ cup dried fruit
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, honey, milk, and melted butter.
  3. Add chopped nuts, dried fruit, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
