  • 200 g Tortilla chips
  • 150 g Shredded cheese Cheddar or a mix
  • 100 g Cooked ground beef Optional
  • 50 g Sliced jalapeños Optional
  • 100 g Salsa
  • 50 g Sour cream
  • 50 g Guacamole

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef and sliced jalapeños if using.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
