Lobster tails

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down to the tip of the tail, and pull apart the shell slightly.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
Brush the mixture over the lobster meat, and season with salt and pepper.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve with additional lemon wedges if desired.
