Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Lobster tails
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down to the tip of the tail, and pull apart the shell slightly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
  4. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Serve with additional lemon wedges if desired.
