  2. Remove kale leaves from the stems and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Wash and thoroughly dry kale.
  4. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are brown but not burnt.
