  • 12 Jalapenos halved and seeded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  4. In another bowl, mix bread crumbs with melted butter.
  5. Dip each stuffed jalapeno into the bread crumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  6. Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
