Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 cup Hot Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
While the wings are baking, combine the hot sauce and melted butter in a small bowl.
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Toss the wings in the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
