  • 4 fillets Rainbow trout fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with olive oil.
  3. Place the trout fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the fillets with olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and black pepper over the fillets.
