Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
