  • 12 pieces Escargot (canned or fresh)
  • 4 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the escargot in a baking dish and top each with a dollop of the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the butter is bubbly and the escargot are heated through.
  5. Serve immediately with crusty bread for dipping.
