Baked Cream Cheese Jalapeno Poppers

- 12 pieces Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed jalapenos on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the jalapenos are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
