  • 12 pieces Jalapenos halved and seeded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed jalapenos on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the jalapenos are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
