- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Corn drained
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Salsa
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, corn, black beans, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, and salsa. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
