  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, corn, black beans, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, and salsa. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
