  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk and chicken tenders. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in the breadcrumb mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
