Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split and tips removed
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Buffalo Sauce

  • ½ cup hot sauce like Frank's RedHot
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  4. While the wings are baking, prepare the buffalo sauce by combining hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  5. Once the wings are done, toss them in the buffalo sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.
