Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese about 8 ounces
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Egg beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Place the brie wheel in the center of the pastry.
  3. Drizzle honey over the top of the brie. Fold the puff pastry over the brie, trimming any excess pastry.
  4. Brush the beaten egg over the pastry to give it a nice golden color when baked.
  5. Place the wrapped brie on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
