Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese 8 oz
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 egg Egg beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the puff pastry sheet on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Place the brie wheel in the center of the puff pastry. Drizzle honey over the top of the brie.
  4. Fold the puff pastry over the brie, sealing the edges. Brush the top with the beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
