  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Slice bananas thinly and evenly.
  4. Dip slices in lemon juice and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through.
  6. Cool and store in an airtight container.
