- 3 Bananas ripe but firm
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice bananas thinly and evenly.
Dip slices in lemon juice and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
