- 4 apples cored
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup chopped nuts optional
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup raisins optional
- ½ cup water
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Core the apples and place them in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and optional nuts and raisins.
Stuff the mixture into the cored apples.
Pour water into the baking dish to cover the bottom.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
