Ingredients 

Baharat Spice Blend

  • 1 tablespoon Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Pods
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg freshly grated
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast all the whole spices (peppercorns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom pods) in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. 2. Let the spices cool, then grind them in a spice grinder.
  3. 3. Mix the ground spices with the pre-ground spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, paprika).
  4. 4. Store in an airtight container.
