- ½ cup Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 fillets Anchovies chopped
- ½ cup Butter unsalted
1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and chopped anchovies. Cook until the garlic is fragrant and the anchovies have dissolved.
3. Reduce the heat to low and whisk in the butter until melted and well combined.
4. Serve warm with vegetables or bread for dipping.
