  • 1 can whole water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 lb bacon, cut into thirds
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 pack Toothpicks

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wrap each water chestnut with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and soy sauce.
  5. Brush mixture over bacon-wrapped chestnuts.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
