  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the venison tenderloin with salt and black pepper.
  3. Wrap the tenderloin with bacon slices, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the bacon-wrapped tenderloin on all sides until browned.
  5. Transfer the tenderloin to a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
