Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • 6 slices bacon cut in half
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed mushroom with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
