- 1 lb Green Beans trimmed
- 8 slices Bacon
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
Toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Wrap 6-8 green beans with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place the bundles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
