Bacon Jack Chicken Sandwich

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Pepper Jack cheese
- 4 pieces Burger buns
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
3. In a separate skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each chicken breast and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
5. Toast the burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.
6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the chicken with melted cheese on the bottom bun, followed by two slices of bacon, and then the top bun.
