Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs Recipe

- 6 large eggs
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let eggs sit in hot water for another 10 minutes.
2. Drain and cool eggs under cold running water. Peel and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.
3. Mash yolks with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
4. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites. Top with crumbled bacon. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
