- 8 slices Bacon
- 6 large Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 cups Cubed Bread
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
Add cheese, bacon, and bread cubes to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
